Dev-com Consult assisted Afriq Creative Solutions in developing strategic plans for six Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Yambio, Western Equatoria State. These organizations include Action for Peace & Development Organization (APDO), Consultation Centre for Empowerment & Welfare Organization (CCEWO), Community Organization for Peer Educators (COPE), Hummingbird Action for Peace and Development (HAPD), Self Help Women Development Organization (SHWDO), and USAHP.
The methodology involved a stakeholder consultative workshop with staff from the various CSOs and other stakeholders to reflect on past, current, and future programs and aspirations.
