Executive Summary:

Commissioned by CBM’s South Sudan Country Office, this situational assessment aims to inform the organization’s forthcoming five-year strategic and operational plans. The analysis will provide insights into various factors—trends, policies, crises, norms, and attitudes—at both national and subnational levels that could influence CBM and its partners.

Methodology:

The study employs a cross-sectional descriptive design, using qualitative research methods to yield in-depth understandings of the operational environment. Data gathering methods include literature reviews, In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Key Informant Interviews, and Focus Group Discussions with Persons with Disabilities.
